Executive Director
Rock Brown
Rock is a graduate of Boise State University (BA Secondary Education) and Western Seminary (Masters of Divinity). Rock has been in full-time ministry since 1986. His passion in life is simple: to pass on the faith to the next generation! Rock has been married to the love of his life since 1989 and enjoys time with his four adult children and grandchildren.
Director of Operations
Brenda Ball
Brenda is a San Diego State graduate with a background in business, church, and para-church ministry. Her favorite role is validating individual staff value, strengths, and gifting, creating team culture, and maximizing effectiveness. Investing in relationships—especially her marriage, kids, and grandkids—is what matters most to Brenda.
Administration
Kristin Brown
Kristin is passionate about Jesus, people, and learning new things. She has a dual BA in Bible & Theology and English from Multnomah University and a background in teaching and vocational leadership in the local church. She is married to her best friend and loves spending time with her kids.
Women's Discipleship & Student Recruitment
Vanessa Ross
Vanessa is passionate about connecting with all kinds of people, discipling the next generation, and enjoying life with her family and friends. She has a BA in Advanced Cultural and Theological Exegesis from Eternity Bible College and works alongside another Boise non-profit called InnerLife Ministries. She is happily married and her favorite thing to do with her husband is laugh.

Collin Freese
With a heart for youth knowing God, he combines his passion for media and leadership to inspire and guide young minds. Holding a BA in Media & Communications and a Masters in Church Leadership, Collin brings a unique blend of creativity and spiritual insight to his work.
